Shipping policy
Thank you for shopping with TEEORÉ! We’re committed to delivering your favorite pieces safely and on time. Below are the details of our shipping process:
📦 Order Processing:
• All orders are processed within 3-4 business days.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation E-mail/SMS with tracking details.
• To ensure smooth order processing and unnecessary return rates, the following advance payment policy will now apply on all COD orders:
> Orders under PKR 10,000→ Advance payment of PKR 200 required.
> Orders above PKR 10,000→ Advance payment of PKR 500 required.
Our CSR will contact you for receipt of advance payment which you can pay via Bank Transfer/Jazz Cash or through your Debit/Credit Card. This amount will be adjusted in your final COD Payment.
• Please note that if the customer refused to recieve the COD order for any reason (except for circumstances where company is at fault), the Advance Amount for COD orders would be non-refundable. This amount would be adjusted against the shipping charges incurred for the delivery of the order.
🚚 Shipping Within Pakistan:
• Standard delivery time is 3–5 business days, depending on your location.
• We are currently offering FREE SHIPPING on all orders above Rs. 3499/- within Pakistan. For orders below this amount, a standard fee of Rs. 249 will be charged.
• For returns or exchanges, customers are responsible for Rs. 350/- replacement charges, unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
🌍 International Shipping:
• Currently, we do not offer international shipping. If you’re outside Pakistan and interested in ordering, please reach out to us at [info@teeore.com].
🧾 Delivery Delays:
• Delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather conditions, courier delays, or national holidays. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
