At TEEORÉ, we take pride in the quality of our products and your satisfaction is our top most priority. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

> You must request a refund within 3 days of receiving your order.

> Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact.

> Refunds are not applicable for sale items or personalized/customized orders.


Non-Refundable Items:

> Items damaged due to misuse, washing errors, or wear & tear.

> Orders of items on sale placed by customers are not eligible for return/refund.

> Items returned after the 3-day refund period.


Refund Process:

2. Once your request is approved, we’ll guide you on how to return the item.

3. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

4. Refunds will be issued via Bank Transfer to your provided Bank details.

5. Refund will only be made after the product is received and verified.

6. No Cash refunds are available at the time of delivery.

 

Shipping Costs:

> Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent.

> Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges:

> We do not offer refunds/exchange for incorrect size selections. A detailed and accurate size chart is provided with each product. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm size before ordering.
